Nothing I have ever seen.
 
The only thing I had to say but figured it had no value was.... why? Why does it need to be a gui? Nothing concerning the guid/dn is really a visual thing. You could always write a wscript to do it but the "gui" will simply be a text entry box and a tetx output box.

Is there a script that will convert GUIDs to Distinguish Names?  I know of the command line tool, but I want a GUI version.
