Thanks, its a domain not a workgroup. but the Windows 2003 is a member server.
Here is what I did
I installed the TS Licensing server on the Windows 2003 member server,
activated it through Microsoft, then I sent the serial number of my
Pre April 2003 windows XP number to Microsoft in which they sent me a
token to enter in the license server, the license server refused the
token, even the license server is activated, I try to enter the
serial number for the Windows XP which was purchased after April 2003,
but it doesn't work, I know I need a TS CAL but what ever I put for
the Install License it rejects it?

r.c.
