Yeah that was an easy one to knock off.... Of course the question comes up, if they have no supported methods of enabling ABE, how do they actually support the functionality itself?

Even though he might work for Microsoft what he's really done is developed a tool on his own much like joe did, so the statement is likely referring to the fact that PSS won't support the tool and any issues you might have with it, but will support ABE. Definitely a pain that a supported tool wasn't included with the SP though! Fortunately joe had that shareflgs tool out pretty darn quick.
