Will it boot in safe mode? If so look at the video drivers. I have seen that cause that issue before. Maybe that is the cause....

Machines do not boot in Safe Mode. Hard disks pulled out and scanned on other systems and no virus. Dell Gold support tech stunned.

Sounds like you've picked up a trojan/virus  boot into safe mode and run a scan.

I am experiencing crashes all over my department with Dell GX-400 from
different subnets. The machines suddenly BSOD and never recovered.

Anyone have similar issue?
