Interesting! The list software blocks any posts from unsubscribed sender addresses, so this should not have got through. I've just tested this and the block is working normally.
I need to look into how the list software checks the sender address, i.e. whether it looks at the envelope or the message header. I'm thinking it maybe came from a subscribed sender with a modified message header. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to mail me off-list.
