It may well not be possible to extend the array. On some models you can and on some you can't.
Of course you could copy the data and make a new array with all the disks and then restore it.
I wouldn't like to do this if this is the sytem or boot disk.
As for the second part of your question you can extend the c: partition
with third party software like Server Magic or simply mount the disk on
some point of the c: tree structure if this meets your necessities.
As for the last part of your question I seem to remember (and I can't
check right now) that by having 2 arrays you can have them on the same
or different channels depending on how you configure them in the RAID
software and each will have a unique channel-scsi number combination.
