Does it give the same error if you run dcdiag directly on the DC? Are you using the 2003 SP1 version of dcdiag? When I've seen this error in the past I've just changed the value to 0x82000. If you're 100% certain that it's really correct, then maybe you should check it against a few different DC's. Perhaps some of them have a different value for that computer object...? Not supposed to happen, but you never know.
