After re-reading the question, it would not be a policy necessarily although my preference would be to use one.  Sorry about that misleading portion.  Since they are for the same domain name, you could add it to the individual user object.  knowing if this is for Exchange or not would be helpful in further discussing how to do this.

Although not really an AD question, the answer to that is yes you can.  If you're using Exchange this is done via the recipient policies (see the help file for more information on that).  If using something else, we'll need to know what that mailer uses for mail address resolution.

Is it possible for a user to have multiple email addresses? I know that on can set up default email addresses. I was looking at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] both receiving for one user.
