Running "nbtstat -an" gets me this-
"Failed to access NetBT driver -- NetBT may not be loaded"

Also, even though netbios over tcp/ip is enabled in the nic and vpn properties, 
it still shows up as disabled when doing an "ipconfig"

How can I "load" this?
I reset tcp/ip via netsh, but that did nothing.
