Hi all,

There is supposedly a security option in Windows (I don't see it on my Windows 2000 Domain Controllers but is present on my Windows XP Professional system and I'm assuming on Windows Server 2003).

Network Security: Do not store LAN Manager hash value on next password change Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\Network Security: Do not store LAN Manager hash value on next password change

Am I missing something, do I need to update my security templates like I new GPO Administrative Templates on the Windows 2000 systems as well? Or am I only able to control this setting through reg hacks.

Thanks in advance,
Devan.
