Yeah that is a sucky COM error. Basically means, something screwed up in the createmailbox method invocation but Exchange doesn't want to tell us what it is. If this is all in quick succession, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a replication type issue. Hopefully when my non-CDOEXM version is ready for release I can get away from those or at least easily diagnose what is going on. In the meanwhile, I would recommend try waiting a little and and trying again and see what happens. Alternatively specify a host you know that has the data with -h.   In the meanwhile, you can combine some of these ops below.
