I don't honestly remember. I wrote one in vb.net over a year ago and can't remember the exact syntax. If it helps, I can probably dig that up and look. Drop me a note off-line if you want me to double check.
As for Exchange name doesn't affect the permissions on the PF's. That's handled by the ACL's. There's another thread going on that has quite a bit of detail about that if you really want to see what happens to permissions on the public folders and such. It's the sid that gets put into the ACL and you're not changing the sid as far as I can tell. If you change the display name, that may have an impact on your gal, but I didn't think that's what you were after.
