That path below is not completely correct. The path should be: User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explore/Browser menus/"File menu: Disable closing the browser and Explorer windows" Totally freaky, but it points out that even those of us who spend our days buried in GP find new things out daily. Still I think it would be problematic to enable this unless you are also tightly controlling which processes the user can start. For example, this policy makes total sense in a kiosk environment where you only start an instance of IE instead of the Explorer shell. I think its very problematic in a wide open environment where the user can start lots of IE and Explorer instances but can never close any of them.
