Use Robocopy free with the resource kit, attached as it is so small rename to robocopy.exe, use with the following as a cmd file:

@ECHO OFF
SETLOCAL

SET _source=%PutPathInHere%

SET _dest=%PutPathInHere%

SET _what=/COPYALL /B /SEC /MIR
:: /COPYALL :: COPY ALL file info
:: /B :: copy files in Backup mode.
:: /SEC :: copy files with SECurity
:: /MIR :: MIRror a directory tree

SET _options=/R:0 /W:0 /LOG:RoboCopy.txt /NFL /NDL
:: /R:n :: number of Retries
:: /W:n :: Wait time between retries
:: /LOG :: Output log file
:: /NFL :: No file logging
:: /NDL :: No dir logging

ROBOCOPY %_source% %_dest% %_what% %_options%

There is a great tool called CopyRITE XP that sits on top of Robocopy
and does it with a GUI.....

Hi,

I need to copy our file sharing folder between 2 different servers under
2 different domain, but same forest.  Any Microsoft tools that will let
me copy all the file/folder with security intact ?.  I know there's a
tool called secure copy from different vendor, I just wonder if
Microsoft has it too.

Thanks,
Yandi
