De important thing here is to have identical user accounts in the NDS and AD and the clients is joined to AD and has the novell client installed! If the passwords are the same the windows login will be automatically. Quest has the NDS migrator to this (although it can not sync passwords) I also know there are other products that are able to do it. Some of the products in the market use the password changing moment to capture it and write it to the NDS and to the AD (like Quest does) As the clients are joined to the domain, have the novell client and primarily logon to the NDS and secondly to AD (using the same user account and password) the user will be able to access the exchange mailbox using the outlook client Is this an answer to your question?
