Easiest way to do it is probably to use a snapshot utility.
The Win2K CD came with a product called WinInstall LE, made by OnDemand
Software. They have an updated version on their website that I think is pretty
cheap if the original version doesn't do the job. Basically takes a before and
after snapshot of a normal app. setup and then makes an MSI out of
it.
