There are a few ways to accomplish this but no redircomp will not let you specify any rule set for redirection it simply redirects the computers OU to whatever you specify.   1)       You could pre-create the account in the correct OUs and then have the computer join.  2)       You can use netdom.exe and specify the domain and you could script that.
