Yes I found it but only through the GPMC and not available on Windows 2000
DC's! Well if you read the explanation section of the policy it states that
users will not be able to view the allowed list...
"If you enable this policy setting, you can enter a list of sites which will
be allowed to open pop-up windows regardless of user settings. Users will
not be able to view or edit this list of sites".
Now for the testing...

There's another for "turn off pop-up management"
It's the allow list that wasn't populating for us. Let me know if you
can get it to work.
