www.nearlyfreespeech.com is a pay-as-you-go service. If you aren't seeing a whole lot of traffic, your money can go a *long* way there. I'm using them and the service just works.  No way to get phone support though. I heard about them by seeing the banner at the bottom of bugmenot.com after they recovered from getting kicked from their last hosting provider back whenever.
