Do it on the server (say like through rcmd or psexec). The interface for
dhcp isn't defined on the workstation. I am not sure how you can get it
defined if it is even possible. Supposedly you should be able to use netsh
-r machine to target a remote machine but it doesn't seem to give you the
additional interfaces that the remote machine enjoys.
