The name seems familiar, but can't quite place the email addy ;) Have you already had a look at the scripts that are avaialble with the GPMC? I haven't seen a tool to do this ready-made, but you may be able to cobble something together that can make this much better. The trick is going to be figuring out what you want to do with conflicts. Which one should take precedence etc. is going to be a trick to present to the user to figure out and then commit. Al
