Thanks for the KB reference. That "primary user" feature might do the trick
for us in combination with disabling it for desktops.

One question: the first item in the Resolution section of that KB article
says to "resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack...." But I am
running SP2 and don't see those registry keys. Is that just standard MS
boilerplate to get everyone to SP2?
