During an in place upgrade from NT4 PDC to Windows 2003 SP1 the
application of SP1 causes the COM+ subsystem to fail to initialise. Backing
SP1 off fixes the fault. Without COM+ rather a lot doesn't function!!
I've run this upgrade on test on the same hardware without problems
but when I come to perform it for real I'm sabotaged by SP1.
