I created a share on a file server, and allowed our local admins to save their logon scripts there. Then I had a _vbscript_ file that would run at a determined interval and upload the logon scripts to the sysvol. This ended up being a good compromise. What we have is several ou’s under our domain. In netlogon I have directories for each of these ou’s, this is where we keep there site specific scripts.
