[ActiveDir] Windows 2003 Cluster

Hello to all,   I need to create a cluster using two Dell PE 2650s and an external EMC CX200.  This configuration was previously an exchange cluster but don’t need it anymore.  Now I’d like to use it as a File Server.   My question is do I still to have the MSTDC installed or all I need is the Quorum drive between them. Any pointers or documentation would be really appreciated.   Thanks, Juan
