If the browser service is started on another machine, they will
fight. It's pretty normal.
Just go down the suggestions in the www.eventid.net
Is that one 8021? It will help if you put the Event code and not just
copy the verbage.

Here is another log where test2k machine is mentioned which is a part
of my network but not a domain.
