Susan - this looks like the NTP server (the DC) is rejecting the time request from a client. I don't think anything needs to be configured on the server
Ravi - the IP address in your original message (that you blanked out). Does it belong to a Windows 2000/XP client in your domain? Or something else (e.g. non-domain machine, networking equipment)?
