MSI is smart enough if you put something in a users profile to kick off the
first time they launch the app and do that bit first.

It looks like I can set the preferences I want, which are then stored in
an XML file in the user profile, as well as a .plist and .qtp file
stored in the all users profile. However, I can't figure out how to take
those files as configured and then install them to the user's machine
after the installation but before they start the app...
