Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but why not just use a single valued attribute?? Something along the lines of:
distinguishedName=CN=OpenBarTabIncludingSpirits,CN=Schema,CN=Configurati on,DC=ADCORP,DC=LAN,CN=OpenBarTab adminDescription=Confirms for all and sundry that management at this fine company are committed to sponsoring your consumption (responsible or otherwise) of alcohol.
