[ActiveDir] exchange 2k3 sp 2(OT)

 just installed sp2 on my exchange 2k3 server in native mode and when i right click a public folder, the "manage settings" tab is grayed out.

 

Does anyone know what i have to do to enable this?

 

Also, I don't see OAB  verison 4 in my system public folders, just 2 and 3a.

Should I be worried?
