Do you get the 404 at the download or the passport screen, If it’s the passport then I have had this many times for all kinds of downloads I usually go use another PC as clearing caches does squat.

Yeah, I tried last Friday, and just assumed that it would be working by today, but no, still the 404 error.

Did you try it?  When I did that earlier it 404'd.
