Yes, you should change the SID of the machines.  If you're using
Ghost, it should have a package called Ghost Walker with it, which can
change the SIDs.

Otherwise - get yourself a copy of NewSID:
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/NewSid.html

Sysprep, IIRC can be used to regenerate SIDs for a workstation.
