I believe the computer only checks with the WSUS server for updates every 22
hours by default. If you want the computer to check the WSUS for approved
updates sooner run "wuauclt /detectnow"
You can also edit the local group policy "Automatic Updates detection
frequency" to increase how often the computer will check the WSUS server for
approved updates.

I approved the patch in the updates section and set a deadline for 1-10-06 at
3PM EST and I have not seen anything happen yet on the test computer. Any idea
why this is not pushing out? It looked like that the server deadline settings
would override the client setting.
