Essentially

Got to TOOLS

EMAIL ACCOUNTS

(Make sure View or Change is selected)

On the bottom use the drop down and change from MAILBOX to PERSONAL FOLDERS

Could someone please expand on how to setup a PST and how to get it to download to the pst so as not to stay on the email server?
