Didn't happen. :) Anyway, as mentioned in another post, I got my advance copy via FedEx today so I know hardcopy versions officially exist, at least one. I was last told the 18th was the date and today is the 19th and it was shipped to me on the 17th so that seems pretty accurate. Not sure when it will hit US Amazon. Once it does, I will post a link from my website that will take people directly to it.
