Frank, also note that you can set a policy to not show the Disconnect option in a TS session. My hunch is that these admins are just closing the window, not actually clicking the Disconnect button. That said, removing that option might help a little. (I also remove the Shutdown option from the Start menu -- forcing them to go to the command line).
