[ActiveDir] Slow Link Question

Hi –   I have several users who appear able to synchronize offline files over links that are well below the default slow-link value. As far as I can tell, there are no adjustments to the slow-link settings within group policy. That is, they are all at the default setting of 500kbps.   Any thoughts on how to trace this down? Also is there a way within GP to prevent those users from browsing the remote servers at all? (I am sure there is a way at the router.)   Thanks.   -- nme -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
