[ActiveDir] Adprep DomainPrep Already Run

Hi –   I am trying to upgrade a production W2k domain to W2k3. I am using adprep from the R2 disc. It appears that forestprep went fine (though the revision attribute of windows2003Update reads <null> when I thought it should read 30 or 31). However, when I run adprep /domainprep /gpprep, it says that “Domain-wide information has already been updated.” It then quits.   Research on the web indicated that this cold be related to Exchange or mangled attributes. Exchange is not running (and to my knowledge the schema was never expanded for it). I ran the check for mangled attributes using ldp.exe and searching for (ldapdisplayname=dup*) as per kb 325379.
