From what you describe I think you could actually save money by purchasing Trend Micro NeatSuite or the SMB product as a package with Control Manager and save some money in the long run. I haven't seen much in the past 30-60 days myself and am in a similar situation sizewise: 8 servers, 5 people and probably close to 3,000 messages a day. Last real virus I have seen come through was a Bagle.AC or AH variety. Things have been very quiet but well filtered. I have scanned with other products as well with no positive hits.

If your really concerned you can check your email reputation with CipherTrust: trustedsource.org If you are really infected and don't know it, chances are you'll show up through this portal.

Tell them they are not saving money with you sneakernetting to make sure
that those onesy and twosey are working at they should.

Trend CSM also does vulnernability scans (scans for missing patches).

ALL of them have an admin console.

Get yourself in the position that you can sit at the console eating bon
bons.
