RACF is a mainframe security package, so unless AIX is running on a
partition on Z-series hardware, my guess is it uses good old Unix
security.

I'm not very good in IBM technology and I may be wrong on this but - AIX
is using RACF, and You can use Host Integration Server to provide SSO
capability in such combination.
