Are you attempting to login with your e-mail address rather than your UPN in AD? Is your e-mail domain the same as the AD domain? If not, and you want to login to the LCS infrastructure with your smtp address as an ID, you will need to add that namespace to the list of namespaces that the LCS server is authorative for.
