Bart- SQL2005 can coexist with SQL2000. From a basic appcompat standpoint, you
can load an instance of sql2005 side by side with sql2000 (msde). If there’s
some reason SBS in particular won’t function in this capacity, well, that’s
the SBS tradeoff I guess. From:

new direction to follow" kinda question. SQL is not really my thing, only
use it for apps that require it. But it could have been that is was interesting
for some advantages... But as you just pointed out, I don't think there are
