Hmmm I didn't get a USB stick with presentations on it... Was it in the bag?
I still haven't looked through mine yet.

Ah Monty Python and the holy grail, we probably could have fit a "Knights of
the Round Table" song and dance in there somewhere, have to keep that in
mind...

The DEC backpacks were very nice and my wife immediately appropriated mine
as soon as I got home last night. Gil handed the conference slide deck out
on a USB stick which was a great idea. Dean-n-Joe sessions were definitely
the best of DEC and Gil *has* to convince them to present next year. I
haven't been that entertained since the very first time I watched Monty
Python and the Holy Grail....

Dean and Joe ended up doing 2 sessions. I think they were on track to get it
all covered in 1 session until Guido's house burned down. At any rate, both
were excellent and probably the best of DEC. They're spinning up a website
and some or all of the session content will probably end up there. They may
be posting details about the site, but I didn't ask how widely they intend
to publicize it.

Sounds great. Sorry I missed it. How was the Dean 'n Joe show? Did the
handbags come out or was it a peaceable affair?

Just wrapped up Day 3. 530 people. General consensus is that it was the best
DEC ever. More to follow when I can type on something bigger than a credit
card.

Maybe we should ask a question on the merits of doubling down on an 11 when
the dealer has a face card showing... :-)
