Don't know how if this has been answered by the forum but I'd like to
add my 2 cents.

AOL is blocking port 25. Instead, they are using port 587 which is the
default port for authenticated e-mail.

To be added to their White list, you will need to fill out the 'White
list' request form.

Do you have any sort of anti-virus scanning your outbound
email--specifically Norton 10--on your server?  This could be causing
problems with sending emails.  The same thing happened to us some time
ago and that was the issue.
