They have two offerings. We use
Alloy Navigator, which is the more comprehensive of the two. It includes
network inventory, asset management, helpdesk, change management, . .
. The other offering is Alloy
Network Inventory, which handles just as the name states.
BGInfo (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/BgInfo.html)
also does some basic inventory reporting.
