Thanks for the detailed information.  The list was moved to a new server a few weeks back and there have been a couple of teething problems!  It could be related...

I've passed this on to our list provider, so lets see what they come back with.

Every message that comes through blank is MIME64 encoded.

 

Although Outlook shows the messages to be blank, OWA and thunderbird can both display the messages just fine.

 

This would seem to mean it is a combination of something the list is doing to the messages combined with Outlook sucking ass for the decode. ;o)

 

Any Outlook experts here that can speak to Outlook?

 

Tony, any chance you can tell the list software not to append sigs onto encoded messages?
