Just depends on when you Dcpromo it.

On the first DC in the Forest:
WS2k3 then SP1 then DCPromo: 180 days
WS2k3 then dcpromo then SP1: 60 days
WS2k3 w/ slipstreamed SP1, then DCPromo: 180 days

However as I understand SBS-Land you are unable to do SBS then SP1 then
dcpromo w/o slipstreaming.
