You may be saying it right but it is, nonetheless, confusing. :) Sounds like you want to configure clients to use specific DSNs for connecting to SQL Server based on the OU they are in. This should be able to be done with Startup Scripts or logon scripts (assuming users have rights to do so here). You would just need to know how to manipulate that stuff from the command line.
