Thanks for all your help.  I have another idea; let me know if it’s a dumb idea.  Is there a way with scripting to create a copy of a pre-exiting user?  Just create a copy of the user, change the names but have identical membership to security groups and OU and all other attributes.     Thanks   Antonio
