[ActiveDir] NETBIOS Character Limitation 15 or 14?

Hi Joe,   We are prohibited from using Microsoft AD Users accounts and computers to create accounts and I do not wish to violate any policy. Fortunately the group has put in  bug fix to our developers to correct this issue.
